St Francis Ashwagandha 50ml

Ashwagandha is used for arthritis, anxiety, and insomnia. It is also a general tonic and "adaptogen," increasing resistance to environmental stress.

Suggested Usage: Adults: Take 2.66 ml (80 drops) 3x daily in a little water on an empty stomach.

Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 ml): Ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera) 250 mg Quantity Crude Equivalent (1:4)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Distilled water, Grain alcohol
